# Voting Process: * The moderators post ipds to Snapshot after making sure that each one has passed the correct approval process. * DAO members vote instantly. * Voting for each proposal will be open for voting for 7 days and will close at 12 am Eastern time. * The proposal that receives a majority of votes in favor goes to implementation.
